This feature is currently in beta. You can enable automation to keep the process running persistently.

What it looks like

In normal chat mode, QQ messages go straight to Claude and replies come back in QQ. In emotional companion mode, the bot takes on a character with its own personality and speaking style. Both modes support AI-generated images and short videos right in the chat.

Setup steps

1

Register a QQ Bot

Go to QQ Open Platform and scan the QR code with QQ on your phone to register a developer account.
2

Create a Bot Application

Click “Create Bot” on the management page. Give it a name and avatar.
3

Get Credentials and Take a Screenshot

Find your AppID and AppSecret on the bot management page, then take a screenshot of that page.
4

Deploy in Happycapy

Open a new Happycapy conversation and send the following prompt:
安装这个 https://github.com/Yv3s-y4ng/qq-bridge 到本地并部署
Then send your credentials screenshot to Happycapy. It will automatically extract the AppID and AppSecret and complete the deployment.
Once deployed, your QQ bot is live.

Two modes

Normal Chat Mode

QQ messages are forwarded directly to Claude, and Claude’s replies are sent back to QQ. It’s like using Happycapy right inside QQ.

Emotional Companion Mode

Built-in AI characters (3 female + 3 male) with unique personalities, speech patterns, and emotional arcs. Supports AI-generated images and videos.
