# 可编辑表格

> 把 CSV 打开成可编辑表格，并和 Happycapy 一起处理数据

可编辑表格让你在 Project 右侧 Explorer 里把 CSV 文件直接打开成表格视图。你可以检查行、搜索结构化数据、直接修改单元格，也可以在同一个对话里继续让 Happycapy 分析或处理这个文件。

当一个表格既需要你人工 review，又需要 agent 帮忙时，这个功能很有用：清洗行、修正值、重命名列、补充计算字段、总结数据，或基于修改后的文件生成报告。

## 从 Explorer 打开 CSV

在 Project 里打开 **Explorer**，选中支持的 CSV 文件。Happycapy 会在右侧把文件打开成可交互表格，而不是普通文本预览。

## 你可以做什么

你可以：

* 点击单元格并直接修改内容
* 在表格中搜索
* 横向和纵向浏览行列
* 查看行数和列数
* 一边打开文件，一边让 Happycapy 分析或转换它

## 手动编辑

在 Project 里打开 **Explorer**，选中 CSV 文件，然后在右侧表格里直接编辑。选中单元格、修改值，就可以继续检查数据，不需要离开当前 Project 对话。

当你已经知道要改什么时，手动编辑很直接：

* 修正公司名
* 统一分类
* 调整日期或状态
* 修改一句简介
* 检查某一行，再让 Happycapy 继续处理

## 让 Happycapy 编辑

你也可以让 Happycapy 替你修改表格。描述你想要的转换，必要时说清楚文件名。

Happycapy 可以帮你：

* 清洗不一致的值
* 筛选行
* 重命名或新增列
* 从文本中提取结构化字段
* 计算新的字段
* 合并或对比 CSV 文件
* 把表格总结成报告

## 结合人工编辑和 Agent 编辑

可编辑表格最适合两种方式一起用。

1. 从 Project Explorer 打开 CSV，先检查数据。
2. 自己修改明显错误的单元格。
3. 让 Happycapy 清洗或转换剩余内容。
4. Review 更新后的文件。
5. 让 Happycapy 基于最终表格生成报告、图表或导出文件。

  如果表格很重要，建议让 Happycapy 另存一份清洗后的副本，而不是覆盖原文件。
